E-mail blasts and newsletters are the rage for good reason. They are efficient, affordable, and timely. You probably have developed your own email list and newsletter or use a specialized vendor to manage your mailings for you. Whether you have or haven't yet developed your own program, using "This Week in the New Jersey Skylands" is an easy way to reach over 3,000 active subscribers interested in what you offer.

We sent our first weekly bulletin in 2001. It has become a trusted source of information. Our opt-in mailing list has been built, one by one, from our on-line subscription form. At any time, readers can either re-confirm their subscription or opt-out so that our list is always validated.

In addition to weekly events, the newsletter continually refers back to our on-line archive of stories written over 18 years of publication. Over 300 web pages offer the most complete profile of Northwest New Jersey you'll find anywhere. Our index will give you an idea of the scope of our content. All material produced for the magazine, including stories, directories, interactive versions of regional and county maps, and getaway packages resides on the website.

The annual Skylands Visitor activity planner is presented as a wall calendar for optional hanging on the wall, refrigerator, office bulletin board, etc. for year-round reference. And your participation includes year-round on-line attention.

Highlighting your event includes the following:

• Print: Highlighting (bold w/ shaded background) with description in the printed calendar grid. Cost for highlighted listing is $75. Additional display ad options are explained below.
• Online: Highlighted and extended event listing on-line with live link to your website. Listing begins immediately. Cost is $75.
• Email: As your event approaches it will be included in "This Week in NJ Skylands" newsletter emailed to more than 3,000 subscribers. Also inclusion on This Week newsfeed. Cost is $75.
• The cost for all three options—highlighting and extending your event listing in print and on-line—is $200.
