May 1-May 31 • FEATURED ARTISTS. Featured artists for April are Kathy Yvinksas, Jan Swift, and Yanina Siani. They are each offering 10% off any one design priced over $25. Kathy Yvinksas has been a member of Gallery 23 since 2006 and currently serves as the director. Her work encompasses a personal vision of nature as seen through her drawings, watercolors, hand-colored prints, and mixed media collages.
Jan Swift is a renowned water colorist known for her landscapes, still life, architectural settings, and floral works. Watercolor is so exciting when "happenings" involving line, color, shape, space, and texture occur.
Yanina Siani , born and raised in Ukraine, is a jewelry and lapidary artist who uses traditional metal-smithing techniques that begin with raw wire and/or sheets of sterling silver.

Second Sunday Every Month • MORRIS CANAL EXHIBITS. A premiere site along the historic Morris Canal Greenway, will have volunteers on hand to welcome visitors and answer questions. Exhibits tell the story of the valley now bisected by Route 57, also known as the Warren Heritage Scenic Byway, and the people who lived and worked here. There are also trails to explore so wear your walking shoes and check out the StoryWalk or the exercise trail or the trail to Stewartsville.1 - 4pm.

Saturdays • ASTRONOMY TALKS. Presentations
followed by observing sessions, weather permitting, at the UACNJ Observatory located 1,100 feet above sea level in Jenny Jump State Forest. The site is one of the few dark sky locations left in the state and features several permanently mounted telescopes from a 7-inch APO refractor to a 16-inch Schmidt-Cassegrain.
Weekends • THE PEQUEST TROUT HATCHERY AND NATURAL RESOURCE EDUCATION CENTER hosts a series of programs about the natural world around us for young and old alike. Preregistration is usually required. Topics range from a child’s first introduction to nature to seminars for expert fly fishers.

Headquarters Museum includes includes three exhibit galleries, a 30-minute introductory video, and the Discover History Center. Tours of Fords Mansion are available at 10 and 11am and at 1, 2, 3 and 4pm.
